UNOPENED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Sealed/unused products and manufacturing defective products may be returned with receipt within 15 days for full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued on the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Online Orders have 15 days from the DATE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED to initiate the return process. Please note, this does not include the time required to ship your product(s) back to us.

OPENED/GENTLY USED PRODUCTS

Opened and/or gently used products (no more than 25% of product used) may be exchanged or returned within 15 days for store credit. Store credit is issued on an Optimum Health and Kolya e-gift card.

To exchange an open product, you must provide a valid reason (reaction, etc.), and fill out our PRODUCT RETURN FORM. You will be updated on the status of your return/exchange via email.

Gift with Purchase Returns

If you're considering returning an item that was part of an order qualifying for a free gift, here are your options:

Return Everything: If returning the item(s) means your order no longer meets the threshold for the free gift, you'll need to return the free gift as well. Please make sure the free gift, such as a swag bag or any other promotional product, is returned unopened and in its original condition along with the item(s) you're returning.

Keep the Gift: If you'd prefer to keep the free gift, that's okay too! However, we will then deduct the full retail value of the free gift from your refund. This amount reflects the gift's value as a standalone item outside of the promotion.

This policy applies to all promotional items received as part of our special offers, including free products and swag bags.

  • Halfmoon Yoga Products
  • Jewelry
  • Makeup brushes
  • Nail Polish
  • Perfume
  • Products requiring refrigeration/freezing
  • Sexual wellness products
  • Tea and Bulk Herbs
  • Used/unused or defective products when customer has not initiated the return process after 15 days or more

 

Please note - we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges based on manufacturer return policy or at the discretion of our managers.
