Inspired by a drink we once served at our organic ‘Whole Earth Cafe’ in the mid-2000’s, this iced version of a Matcha latte paves the way to spring.
It’s refreshing, bright and energizing!
Enjoy our recipe - these quantities make 1 cup:
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1-3 tsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
- 1-3 tsp mint flavoured chlorophyll
- handful fresh mint (approx. 2-3 g)
