Inspired by a drink we once served at our organic ‘Whole Earth Cafe’ in the mid-2000’s, this iced version of a Matcha latte paves the way to spring.

It’s refreshing, bright and energizing!

 

Enjoy our recipe - these quantities make 1 cup:

  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1-3 tsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1-3 tsp mint flavoured chlorophyll
  • handful fresh mint (approx. 2-3 g)
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend well and serve with some sprigs of mint on top!
